You are invited to our Third Annual VA Christmas Tree Lighting and Concert at Campos Family Vineyards! It will be a fun evening of VA student singers, tree lighting, fellowship, food trucks, photos, festivities and more!

VA Students are FREE
Adults/non-VA siblings $5

KEEP IN MIND THE FOLLOWING:

• Do not purchase a ticket for your singing VA student.
• This event is for VA family members only. Please only purchase what you need for your family.
• Parking is limited. To accommodate this, each family will be given ONE complimentary parking pass. All additional cars will be charged a $5 parking fee upon arrival. (This fee will be donated back to the school).
• Handicap Parking will be available for those who have a Handicap Placard.
• The school office will not be handling any direct ticket sales.
• Please do not wait to purchase your tickets. Tickets sold out in one week last year. We have a capacity limit and once we reach it, no additional tickets can be added.

TABLE RESERVATIONS: $100

Limited Table Reservations will be available for $100. All proceeds from table reservations will be donated directly back to VA.
If you do not reserve a table, please feel free to bring lawn chairs. Lawn Chairs will be permitted in spaces that do not block the performance of the children.

NEW THIS YEAR: RAFFLE FOR SLEIGH RIDE WITH SANTA

Enter our raffle for a chance to win an enchanting sleigh ride with Santa himself! This once-in-a-lifetime experience offers a front-row seat to the holiday cheer. Please note: One raffle name will be drawn. The winner will choose 1 or max up to 2 children that can ride with Santa. The last day to purchase raffle tickets is December 11th. SCHEDULE:
• 4:30 – 6:00 PM Arrival and Check-in

• Students meet on the softball field to check in with VA Staff at 5:30 PM. Please supervise and have your student with you until the 5:30 PM check in time. Do not let them run around the property.

• 6:00 PM Check in closes
• 6:30 PM Students will begin singing, immediately followed by the Christmas Tree Lighting. Photos with Santa and Face painting and other festivities to commence after the singing has ended.
• 9:00 PM End Time
